The Zeiss Secacam 7 trail camera is a connected LTE / 4G wildlife camera, capturing detailed high-contrast wildlife images. It features an infrared flash with 60 black LEDs and a light-sensitive photo sensor, allowing it to produce well illuminated photos and videos even in complete darkness. Trail cameras are perfect for nighttime wildlife observation. The Zeiss Secacam 7 has been designed for convenient operation and installation, having access to internal controls with the camera facing the same direction provides an easier setup in certain situations and is physically larger. The 7 also has a removable battery tray for fast switching of batteries without hassle. The Secacam 5 has a more compact design than the Secacam 7, which can be hidden and camouflaged slightly more easily. The Secacam 7 has been designed with the lens fixed to the front independently of the front flap, which allows access to the controls and accurate viewing the scene on the display, without altering the cameras view. It features an IP66 rated sealed housing which is weather / waterproof. Together with the rugged housing the camera is protected against harsh weather conditions, including withstanding rain, heat and snowfall. Access can be made via the ZEISS Secacam App. This is quick and simple to set up, enter the activation code included with your Secacam 7 camera in the app to connect straight away. The app allows you to check your camera status data, and location, view your best shots in the gallery and even share them with your contacts via wireless LTE / 4G. It comes with a multi-roaming SIM, 32 GB memory card and 8 charged LR6 (AA) batteries already inserted, so its ready to go. The multi-roaming SIM card can connect to networks from a wide range of providers, automatically selecting the best available network. This enables the Secacam 7 trail camera to transmit successfully in 35 countries including Switzerland, Norway and the UK at no extra charge. A fast triggering time of <0.35 0.45 seconds helps to reduce any possible motion blur. The trail camera automatically adjusts the strength of the flash, preventing incorrect exposures and minimising energy consumption. The Zeiss Secacam 7 Trail Camera features a battery magazine, which can be pulled out quickly making it easy and quick to replace the batteries without having to disconnect your trail camera.
