The Schrade Fanatic Folding Knife (1182621) of American production is a medium-sized, classic EDC folder made of high-carbon AUS-8 stainless steel, supplemented with G10 epoxy-glass laminate linings. The Clip Point-shaped blade is made of AUS-8 high-carbon stainless steel, finished with black oxide, has a hollow grind, finished with a plain cutting edge. The blade of the knife is extracted from the handle using a double-sided stud at the base of the blade or a convenient flipper mounted on ball bearings, thanks to which the knife opens extremely dynamically. The flipper, after opening the knife, is a prominent crossguard, protecting against accidental slipping of the hand onto the blade. The knife is equipped with a Liner Lock, preventing the knife from folding during operation. The ergonomic handle of the knife is made of G10 material, characterized by high resistance to weather conditions and mechanical damage.
