Combining classic Italian styling and quality craftsmanship, the Haakan is our stunning new addition to the Dedito family. This stylish full leather, lace up boot is made from 2.6mm waxed full grain leather. Designed to tackle uneven ground and weather conditions with ease, the Haakan provides excellent support, sure-footedness, comfort and durability. The innovative 400g 3M Thinsulate lining and the breathable Windtex waterproof membrane will ensure feet stay warm and dry all day, whatever the weather. Carefully positioned stitching around the leather collar, combined with the leather ankle strap provide an ingenious mix of flexibility and generous ankle support. Kevlar stitching throughout the boot adds additional strength and durability and a microporous mid-sole provides a comfortable cushioned effect. The Vibram outsole provides excellent traction for challenging terrain and ground conditions and at less than a kilo in weight, the boots are exceptionally lightweight. We recommend our Haakan boots are cleaned and waxed using a good quality outdoor leather boot wax after every wear. Should you need a boot that can withstand challenging terrain including, rough branches, stubble, brambles etc, we would suggest taking a look at our low maintenance non scratch models. The beautiful full grain model needs a lot more tlc to keep them in top condition. Limited warranty relating to Dedito footwear Dedito Boots Warranty Claim Process for the Moorland, Luca, Haakan, Dodi and Omnio: Dedito leather boots have a 12-month warranty against defects in workmanship or materials, from the date of retail purchase. Dedito Boots will make all warranty determinations and after inspection by the warranty team, reserves the right to either repair, replace or issue a refund for valid warranty returns. Any faults that occur should be raised immediately with customer services as soon as they appear. We will not investigate fault queries that have been left to exacerbate over time. The Dedito Boots footwear warranty does not cover the following: Damage resulting from user misuse, extreme use or abuse. Issues caused by failure to care for the product (e.g. not conditioning leather uppers, exposure to excessive heat, Normal wear and tear, which includes: wear/tears on inner-linings, excessive wear of soles, external rand coming away, eyelets pulling out/lace hook snapping, PU coating rubbing off/cracking at flex points. Damage as a result of accidents. Chemical or mechanical damage. (includes: chemicals, organic, saline, animal or human sewage, petrochemicals or from chainsaw or quadbike use). Footwear repaired, tampered with or modified by a third party. Footwear that has been improperly fit. Once we have seen photos of the boots, we will, at our discretion, determine whether the issue is due to normal wear and tear, or a manufacturing defect. In making our decision, we will also consider the age and usage of the boots, to decide on the most appropriate resolution. Please note that much of the Dedito Boots manufacturing process is carried out by hand, which may result in occasional variations in the finish. Please also be aware that leather is a natural product that will, from its first use, age over time, resulting in a gradual change in colour, texture, and overall appearance.
